Welcome to my guide to making great coffee!! Through working as a Barista for Gloria Jean’s Coffees here in Toowoomba for almost four years, it came to my attention that there are a lot of people out there who want to enjoy the benefits of drinking great fresh coffee at home but don’t have the know how to do this. Therein lies the purpose of this guide, I will explain everything from buying the right beans through to making a great cuppa, hopefully dispelling a few common myths about coffee along the way.
